Dear Local Business Owner
I am a student (Booster parent) in the Ocean
View High School Entertainment Corps.
We compete in numerous Marching Band and Color Guard competitions.
These past three school years we’ve garnered
increasing attention from the school community and southern California marching
band circles, and our innovative director, Mr. J.P. Combs has inspired our
organization to reach new heights. We are the current Division1 California
State Band Champions having secured that coveted title in November of 2010, and
we have won numerous other awards for our color guard, drum line, and overall
band performances in southern California competitions.
We’ve been invited to host a section of the
Winter Guard Association of Southern California’s Championships at Ocean View
High School. We expect around 1000 performers and 1200 to 1500 spectators
during the day-long competition, so we are excited to highlight some of our
local businesses by offering them an opportunity to place ads in the program.
The program is 8 ½ x 11 inches. Full page, half page, and quarter page ads will
be available.
The prices are full-$200,
½-$100, and ¼-$50. If you would like to participate you can fill out the
attached form and mail it or send it via e-mail.
Any checks should be made out to OVHSEC.
We look forward to partnering with your business
to make our Huntington Beach community stronger by creating memorable
performing arts experiences for our local students.
